Evanston boasts some of the healthiest--and certainly most creative--restaurants and eateries in the Northshore area. Check them out your next night on the town. Then you can splurge on dessert.

Blind Faith Cafe

Try a host of international vegan dishes at this quaint restaurant. Opened in 1979, it offers sit-down dining, cafe, and bakery with plenty of tasty treats. May I recommend the tiramisu?
